Hello guys, everyday writing. As you need to know, the articles a week later, and the next week I wrote through android phones. So please understand if its layout somewhat messy. In the add because I was in 'Mudik' for two weeks, my internet signal in so sucks. So it's very inconvenient if I should browse looking for references foe my article. Do you know what is 'Mudik'? Well guys it is the annual activities of almost all citizens of Indonesia. Next time I will discuss in the next post.
Okay here we go, I will be commenting on Ujung Kulon, Indonesia.
Ujung Kulon National Park is located in the westernmost part of Java Island, Indonesia. This national park covers an area of Krakatao (Mountain that explode in about 1800 and the effect almost reach US) in the beginning and some surrounding smaller islands such as Handeuleum Island, Peucang Island and Panaitan Island. The area of the National Park has an area of approximately 122,956 Ha (443 km² of which is sea), which starts from the Ujung Kulon Peninsula up to the Indian Ocean.
Located in the province of Banten, Java, more precisely in the Pandeglang, approximately 4-6 hours from Jakarta (Banten only) and approximately 6-8 hours (Entering conservation areas), Ujung Kulon National Park in Indonesia already established as one of the world heritage protected by UNESCO in 1991, because of his area comprise the protected forest. To date approximately 50 up to 60 one-horned rhinos live in this habitat.
Not just for one horned Rhinoceros konsevasi, Ujung Kulon area developed into a complete tourist destinations to visit.
There are several beautiful islands, beautiful beaches, watery Green River to explore with cano, great forests with diverse vegetation and Mountain tracks that challenged to climb.
My post this time I will describe a little bit about Ujung Kulon, about Rhinoceros and for bonus beauty spots.
Before entry to the list of places that are mandatory on the visit, I will explain how you can get there from Jakarta.
By public transport, you can start the journey from Kampung Rambutan terminal in East Jakarta. From Kampung Rambutan, you guys can continue with transport 'Elf' kind of minibus to the village Tamanjaya. This village became the start points of the area of Ujung Kulon.
From Tamanjaya village, you can start browsing to the island first.
This is where the list of places to visit begin..
1. Peucang Island
The trip from the village of TamanJaya towards Peucang Island is for 4 hours. Down the Bay Welcome (the bay where Tamanjaya village was) and Panaitan Strait (strait which separates the island of Java and the island of Panaitan which are Peucang Island to the West). Peucang Island before leaning in, it is worth stopping for snorkeling.
Peucang Island to be greeted with a beautiful white sandy beach, with the sea water is greeny blue.
In the Peucang island you can rent a lodging with prices starting IDR150,000 per room (with three mattress). It should be noted, also in order not to put food carelessly while at the Inn or the environment of the island, because of Peucang wild animals such as monkeys, wild boar, and deer, as well as monitor lizards roam freely and interact with humans.
In addition to the white sandy beaches surrounding the island of Peucang, we can also watch the sunset in the Karang Copong, the other side of the island of Peucang. The journey towards Karang Copong is tracking for a little over an hour passing through the tropical forest with large trees in it. During the journey to the Karang Copong, we will also meet with the wild animals, as a lot of wandering around the Inn.
After satisfied seeing sunset in Karang Copong, we must go back to the Inn with the same field. Just need to pay attention, because the journey to the Inn of Karang Copong after seeing the sunset already dark, it is advisable to bring a flashlight.
2. Handeleum Island
Handeleum is identical to Ciganter.
Ciganter is very famous with the fun canoe activities. The river Ciganter has green and dense water plants with water on the left side of the kana. Enjoy the sensation as it is in the Amazon River with a paddle down the River to flow towards the ends to which the beautiful terraced waterfall welcomes the intrepid traveler.
It takes guts to just canoing or boating down the river Cigenter, the reason all this traveler River basin will be treated to an unusual view of the appearance of wild animals on the banks of the River or the snakes that suddenly hanging in the trees. However the experience of fringing the river Cigenter will never be forgotten.
For lodging, the island already provide villa specifically for visitors with a price about IDR150,000/night per room.

Upon arrival at the island of Oar you will be greeted with a curved stretch of white sandy beaches and clear water. The waves on the Beach also belongs a very sloping so no worries dragged down the waves when swimming at beaches. The island is uninhabited. If you all curious with the contents of the island lived, you can walking arround the island. It just will be surrounded in full within 20 minutes.

4. Badul Island
The underwater Charm Badul Island views, so roughly typical of island Badul.
You guys can make a tour with coral and pretty small fish by snorkling.
The island is uninhabited and the size is also not too big. Dont forget to be carefull while swimming in the waters of this island, is always to be vigilant and cautious. Even though the water is very clear and tempting to swimm but Badul Island marine has a hefty current is strong. If not careful could be dragged down to the sharp reefs that can hurt you.
5. Mount Honje
There is no more challenging than the Summit of Mount Honje. The best journey in Ujung Kulon National Park that is Mount Honje. With a height of 700mdpl mount honje has an area of approximately 19,500 hectares and surrounded by 19 village buffer. One of the gates into the village is Tamanjaya.
So before the climb to the mountain you guys need to get around to the area around the village of Tamanjaya. In this place there are Cibanua fishing village, Pipanis Waterfall, Cibiuk hot springs, and wildlife viewing 'Owa Jawa' (Kind of typical Java monkey) in Curug Cikacang. In this village has provided lodging for you.
At Mount Honje this is there is a lot of wildlife. Like Owa Jawa, Bull, Deer, Kancil and much more. If you guys are lucky enough you will meet with the rhinos that have been extremely rare.
Climbing trip to mount Honje, you guys will be in great diverse flora and the beautiful forests, as well as shallow streams that make the atmosphere of the forest was further felt. The flow of the river around this forest became the attraction if you guys walk in Mount Honje.

The best time to visit Ujung Kulon is arround April-Oktober.
