But the goverment always warn people the slightest volcanic activity to make sure everybody can safe and sound.
Specially in Bali, mount Agung is not the most dangerous volcano in Indonesia.
There is mount Merapi in Jogjakarta for example, that has volcano's activity almost every year. 2010 is the worst damage. 97 people dead because of the eruption.
But, for sure, Indonesia still safe for visit. Volcano activity not always very dangerous.
This is little tips for you guys if you are in Bali,
Dont be panic!
1. Know the distance of the volcano from where they stay, and the distance of the volcano to the airport. Distance to the airport of 72km, to the varied attractions.
2. Know the danger area must be avoided. And comply with the instructions of the Government
3. Be sure to have travel insurance that cover if a flight is cancelled or reroute.
4. Have local phone number of airline flights, make coordination if reroute (to Lombok for example)
4. Have no phone calls to the local foreign consulates if they need coordination.
5. Prepare personal medicine and what actions need to be done if anyone have any allergy or health history of volcanic dust.
6. Don't be shy asking for the assistance of helpdesk hotels make carter a rental car make going to the airport to another airline, if ga give the option reroute.
