5 Great Mountain You Could Climb While In Indonesia


There are at least three reasons why someone would want to climb the mountain.
First, because they wanted a challenge. Almost all mountain in Indonesia have challenging terrainand it takes good skill to captive.
Second, because they want to enjoy the bauty of nature. Indonesia has a mountain climb path with panaromic view that too beauty to be missed.
And last, mountain climbing will train cooperation skill. how we can do anything in teamwork and learn to respect other and respect natur.

Well, from all of those reasons, I will give you a review about mountain you coulnd climb while visiting Indonesia.

1. Mount Semeru (East Java)

Mt. Semeru is always flooded with hundreds of climbers each day. However, mountain manager usually limit 500 climber to avoid axcess crowd and also to minimize the damage.
In Indonesia, mount semeru always become favourit. The beauty of Ranu Kumbolo, Tanjakan Cinta,Oro-OroOmbo, makes many people willingly tostruggled to conquer the mountain that have 2.400 mdpl high.

2. Mount Rinjani, Lombok
Lombok is not only has beauty of the beach and the Islnd of Gili Trawangan.
Outdoor activity hopping. Lombok keep stunning great mountain call Rinjani. But carefull guys, the terrain really need greta hike skill. But it will be woth with what you get at top, and also in the midway.

3. Mount Gede And Pangrango (West Java)
For the people of West Java, two mountains that are located inside the National Park of Mount Gede Pangrango is the best climbing spots.
There, You will not only feel the fun of hiking paths only. Much more, You will meet with the square of the Suryakencana, Flowers edelweis valley.
The climbers usually makes this region as the location of camp before continuing the journey to the top. At night or early in the day, climbers can see the beauty of the immortal flower, although it should not be quoted in order to keep the ecosystem from damage.

4. Mount Prau (Central Java)

Dieng, not only have a crater that could move from one place to another. For novice climbers who are hungry for a challenge, this region has mount Prau that soooo suitable for camp.
Access to the Mount Prau is fairly easy. 
Arriving at the top, You will see the grassland and also views of Mount Sindoro and Sumbing which looks magnificent from a distance.

5. Mount Papandayan (West Java)


Mount Papandayan in West Java which is located is also the best location for climbing. Along the way, You will not only find green pastures that are still natural only. In the area of this mountain, there are some of them famous like Crater Mas, the new Crater, Crater and Villages.
Furthermore, it also has a mountain pasture flower edelweis. You can see this timeless flower blooming in the middle of the cold mount Papandayan a challenge to be conquered.
